I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were approachable, friendly, and helpful. They even let me check in early without me asking for it. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options, including fresh fruit and juices. The hotel is conveniently located, being close to the city center and the funicular stop. The room was clean and comfortable, with good quality bed linen and towels. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality, and the room had blackout curtains, allowing for a completely dark environment.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Bergamo, making it ideal for everything you need. The staff here are an absolute asset to this establishment - they are communicative, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms, although in a very odd style, are clean and comfortable, with basic amenities like a bathtub. Additionally, having breakfast included with options for my coeliac wife was a huge plus.
